Thank you for the fast answer. I know bug 70377 but i thought it has
nothing to do with upstream because having a specific default dictionary
according to the language is another thing than the way how to choose a
dictionary (which this bug is about)

gnome-dictionary should be set to a specific dictionary for the adjusted
language by default
