Yes, it much more clear now, thanks for the explanation. But I got a new
question here.
For the same logic, I guess running "ubuntu-bug linux" on 12.04.2 should open a
bug against linux-lts-quantal, right?
Since it's not, I'm wondering if this is also a bug.
