Original Bug Text: Steps to reproduce: 1. Flash the latest daily current to Nexus 4 2. Launch the pre installed Calculator app 3. Launch the web browser app and tap on URL field to bring the OSK 4. Now ssh to the device and kill the browser application e.g. using kill -9 5. Observe that OSK doesn't close after the application closed/killed/crashed. 6.
