Public bug reported:

mako 20131003.2

PRE-REQUISITE:
Enable Mir:
adb shell touch /home/phablet/.display-mir
adb reboot

TEST CASE:
1. Load the Contacts app and create a new contact containing a phone number
2. Save the contact
3. View the contact and select the phone number so that the phone and message
icons are displayed to the right of it
4. Press either the phone or the message icon

EXPECTED RESULT:
The messaging or telephone app should open, using the contact's details as
expected

ACTUAL RESULT:
There is a brief pause and then the Contacts app closes.

This behaviour is only seen with Mir running
