Dear Martin, thanks a lot for your quick reply and sorry for a few days of silence. Then reason why I did not answer, was that the downgrading did not change anything. Then I contacted Lenovo on how to check whether the hardware (the lid switch) is broken or not. In this model, it is a magnetic switch and I could figure out that it only partially works in the BIOS. I need to softly push with a finger on the lid at a specific position and then the notebook suspends.
Hence, it is a hardware problem and not a software problem. Thanks a lot!
