Personal settings and system settings are not mutually exclusive here.
Just as on the PC, "System Settings" refers to settings that aren't
specific to an individual app.

It is slightly awkward that "System Settings" contains a "System"
section, since it implies that the other settings are not system-
related. A better name for that section would be nice, but not
particularly important.
