I'm tested all 3.* kernels and have this bug too... This chip is composite of card reader + ethernet devices. Ethernet device drives by module tg3. This module has bad work too... I must reload module to start it. But after starting it works stable... But card reader did not work for write big data everywhere. Sometimes, after reload module, I can read some cards...
