Looks similar to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lightdm/+bug/1056647 this one
bug, but occurs when you'he lock screen and second monitor is plugged
but is powered off. And there is no window positioning on monitor with
mouse.
It would be prefect to move unlock screen promt to display with active
mouse or somehow detect that one of monitors is powered off.
