Would you mind removing the PPAs, and seeing if this issue is still
present? If the issue is resolved after removing the PPAs, you will have
to bring this to the attention of the maintainers of those specific
PPAs. Due to the fact that PPAs are not from the official repositories,
they are not officially supported, and any bugs found are the sole
responsibility of the PPA maintainer(s).
