Public bug reported:
When battery gets critically low, the default action is to suspend
(which, by the way, is ridiculously missing as an option in Power
settings, as the action to take when battery gets critically low, see
#939335).
However, for some reason, the system will immediately resume on its own
initiative just after suspending. Then, it will suspend again in a
matter of seconds, becuse battery is low. And then it will immediately
resume again and so on.
This does not happen if you manually suspend when there is enough
battery.
