Public bug reported:
After updating to kernel 3.8.0-31, the display has become unusable. The
login screen goes blank every few seconds, and returns after about 1
second. After logging into unity, there is total display corruption.
The display flickers and flashes and is generally unusable. Everything
works wonderfully with 3.8.0-30.
I am using the open source radeon driver with RS880 [Radeon HD 4250]
