@Raymond (superquad-vortex2) No it doesn't change to zero. I've made some other tests:
For sound device management i've lunched pavucontrol. Output Devices: Build-in Audio Analog Stereo there is 2 devices. Headphones and Speakers. 1)If i mute Speakers all works as expected: a) no speaker sound when unplugged HP jacks b) if i select PortOut to headphones -> sound only works on headphones 2) If i mute headphones: a) PortOut is selected to Headphones. When headphones are plugged to any jack -- there is no sound, as expected b) PortOut is selected unmuted Speakers. When headphones are plugged of -> speakes plays sound. When connects headphones -> sound plays from headphones. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1238144 Title: Dell 1535 no sound from speakers, headphone out is ok To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1238144/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
