1. Set language of the device to French and reboot
2. Open date time indicator
3. Tap "Réglages de la date the de l'heure" (Time & date settings)

EXPECTED RESULT
Date & time settings open

ACTUAL RESULT
System settings open on the main settings page not date and time configuration.
