TEST CASE.
1. Open notes
2. Add a note but do not type anything
3. Dismiss the keyboard
4. Tap on the background of the notes app, the empty note will close
5. Repeat steps 2
EXPECTED RESULT
OSK is displayed
ACTUAL RESULT
No OSK
