when I try to upgrade to 13.10, it say (Cannot calculate system upgrading):

"Не удалось рассчитать обновление системы

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

 This can be caused by:

 * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
 * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
