@Timo, Very strange. I can no longer reproduce this issue as described in the original bug description on 13.10 whereas I could on 13.04. As a test, on one machine, I have the latest version 4.3.0 from Oracle using a Win XP guest and I don't see this issue. On a different machine, I have version 4.2.16_Ubuntu from the Ubuntu archive using a Win XP guest and I don't see this issue.
I think you are seeing a different issue which may be caused by your multi-monitor setup.
