Public bug reported:
1) It happens at upgrading from Ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10 (both are 64-bit).
2) Available version and the one installed have identical numbers (4.04). (Why
should it be updated then?)
3) Smooth installing is expected.
4) An error occurred.
