Public bug reported:
Kubuntu: While upgrading to version 13.10 from 13.04 sytem asked about
removing obsolete packages. I said "Yes" and the installer returned this
error message: "Failed to lock /var/cache/apt/archives/lock"
I wonder how fatal this could be.
PLease help.
