Thank you Raymond, i have found a topic with the same problem where you had helped https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1067434 and installed the hda-jack-retask. So now my sound is very clear. I cant found where i can try to disable auto mute or set misc = NO_PRESENCE of pin default of headphone using hda-Jack-retask so i guess it done automatically with installation. Thank you for supporting, it means a lot!
