Installed linux-crashdump. Test with AltGr+SysRq+C. Crashes. Hangs with no disk activity 5+minutes. Does not reboot. Nothing in /var/crash, nothing apparently unusual in /var/log/kern.log I'll assume that linux- crashdump is crashing and ignore that - install linux-crashdump- crashdump? ;-)
