Same here. Trying to compile the simplest hello world:

#include <stdio.h>

int main()
{
  printf( "Hola!");
}

Shows:

$ clang hello.c
In file included from hello.c:1:
/usr/include/stdio.h:33:11: fatal error: 'stddef.h' file not found
# include <stddef.h>
          ^
