Binary package hint: usplash
I just built a new system. Usplash doesn't ever show up. I have to wait
untill GDM loads before my monitor gets a signal. I'm running an Nvidia
8600gt. Could this be because the nvidia framebuffer drivers dont' work
with this card? In gentoo i could see their boot splash but I needed to
run the vesa framebuffer driver.
This happens when running the 64-bit version of Feisty or Gutsy.
