"/etc/dwww/apache.conf" not found after installation. cannot view
documents in /usr/share/doc or /usr/share/doc/HTML directories without
getting the following (though similar errors which point to the same
directory):
The requested URL /cgi-bin/dwww/usr/share/doc/ was not found on this
server.
The requested URL /cgi-bin/dwww/usr/share/doc/menu/html/index.html was
not found on this server.
Though these files can be found manually, such as through file:/// or a
file manager.
