AMD64 upgrading from 13.04 to 13.10. In Terminal I type "update-manager -d",
click on "Upgrade", authenticate my password, click on "Upgrade" again at the
"Welcome to Ubuntu 13.10 'Saucy Salamander" window. A window pops up titled
"Downloading Release Tool" and then disappears after file 2 message. Nothing
happens.
Here is the error message text that appears in the Terminal window:
stephen@steve:~$ update-manager -d
