I'm administrating an OpenStack cluster with machines running Ubuntu 12.04.
Is it possible to enable l2tpv3 also on Ubuntu 12.04 please?

It would be a key tecnology to operate cloud federation between distant clouds
over the Internet.
Currently I am forced to set up a gateway host with Fedora, that supports
l2tpv3 in the ip command.
I'm new to the community so please be kind :)

Giuliano
