Public bug reported:
In a default openssh-server install, ListenAddress is commented, so sshd
tries to listen on :: (IPv6):
Aug 11 22:01:00 snifer-laptop sshd[5196]: Server listening on :: port
22.
and then on 0.0.0.0 (IPv4), but it fails with:
Aug 11 22:01:00 snifer-laptop sshd[5196]: error: Bind to port 22 on
0.0.0.0 failed: Address already in use.
