After upgrading from 13.04 to 13.10 the Zoneminder v1.250 application UI broke.
It appears that the application itself and associated process are unchanged,
just Firefox (or Chrome) no longer recognizes the URL that was working fine
before the upgrade.
Attempts to reinstall (apt-get purge zoneminder/ apt-get install zoneminder)
the DEB package seemed to install without issue but again the browser was
unable to connect with the ZM-Console UI.
