I see the same behavior. I just did a clean install on both machines
after having upgraded to 13.10 and finding the openconnect that I need
for work was broken. Backed up all my data, did a clean install of
13.04 x64 to both machines, and then attempted to setup the sync in
order to save a little work. Found that each machine will show itself
in the list, but not the other machine.
The available settings at the bottom include such wonders as "stop
syncing this computer", and not a thing else. Both machines logged in
as the same user during the initial SSO setup of Ubuntu Software Center
(which by the way, should be changeable through some sort of preferences
page instead of just in a config file).
Something be borked, here, and I'm not sure what.
