Version: 2.3.0~src680m224-1ubuntu2 (gutsy)
I uses small capitals for a heading. After my document (edited in
previous versions) is loaded into the writer the first two letters of
each word are upper case. In a longer word even the last letter is upper
case.
I tried to re-edit the heading without success: still the same
behaviour.
Perhaps relevant: I use german words like VERMIETUNG & VERPACHTUNG
