You still have packages installed from third party PPAs though you
disabled them and those packages are causing the distribution upgrade to
fail.

Logs indicate that experimental Xorg packages are the ones causing
issues. You should try enabling the PPA and then using ppa-purge on the
xorg ppa(s). PPA-purge will try to replace the packages found from the
PPA with the ones found from Ubuntu archive which should allow you to
proceed with the upgrade.

After the ppa(s) have been successfully purged, please retry the
upgrade.
