This report contains multiple bugs which makes it difficult to track the
issues. Please create a separate bug for each issue mentioned in this report.
You should at least
1) Open a bug against activity-log-manager about the images in dash issue.
2) Open a bug about the empty Software Center window against software-center
package (if you see these often with different applications, I'm not really
sure which package to report it against)
3) Open a bug against unity package for the global menubar issues
If you open a new bug about each of the issues you mentioned, you should
invalidate this bug by changing the status to "Invalid". However, if you
reuse this report, please change the status back to New.
