reopening; apport get's called, but reports for example:
"/usr/lib/gcc/i486-linux-gnu/4.1.3/cc1plus doesn't belong to a packaged
program). apport should resolve the symlinks in the pathname and try
again (with /usr/lib/gcc/i486-linux-gnu/4.1/cc1plus).
