Unfortunatly, this bug still exists in 13.10. If you think of the fact that the normal user doesn’t even know how to change the keyphrase even IF he somehow managed to log in one time, this is a bug of HIGH importance.
For every normal user that hasn’t a US-QWERTY-Layout, his first impression of Ubuntu will be a system he is logged out of. That’s a shame I think.
