Upgrading from precise to trusty is returning as not being supported.
The following is the console output when being attempted

An upgrade from 'precise' to 'trusty' is not supported with this 
tool. 

Steps:
1. Install a precise desktop
2. Update to have the latest precise packages (sudo apt-get update && sudo 
apt-get -y dist-upgrade)
3. Reboot
4. Run do-release-upgrade -d and the above error message will appear
