Public bug reported:

After updating to 13.10, the hg-git plugin for mercurial (installed via the
mercurial-git package) causes all mercurial operations to fail with the
following error message:
"abort: No module named repo!"

The only way to continue to use mercurial is to disable the hg-git
extension.
