Hi Thanks for the info about the bios update, but unfortunatley that does not help. What I did was fresh boot the pc after bios update (wake on kb + mouse disabled) , checked that wakeup was disabled as above (it was), suspend the pc via xbmc or pm-suspend. Pressing any button on the iPazzPort rf wireless kb will wake the htpc. I have also tried disabling wake on every device to no avail (see link for more detail):
