Martin,

I previously said that your fix didn't work for me, but other than the
first suspend after a reboot and subsequent resume in which networking
was disabled, every other suspend and resume cycle (and also hybrid and
hibernate) has come back with the network working fine again after
resuming. Perhaps five or six times in a row now without problem.
However I shall keep my eye on it and see if this has fixed the problem
permanently. Thanks.
