The postgresql installation with i386 trusty images fail with the
following dependency issues:

Oct 31 12:08:16 in-target: The following packages have unmet dependencies:
Oct 31 12:08:16 in-target:  postgresql : Depends: postgresql-9.3 but it is not 
installable
Oct 31 12:08:16 in-target:  postgresql-client : Depends: postgresql-client-9.3 
but it is not installable

postgresql-contrib-9.3 but it is not installable
Oct 31 12:08:16 in-target: E
Oct 31 12:08:16 in-target: : 
Oct 31 12:08:16 in-target: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken 
packages.

The issue started from the first trusty image (20131025) and is still present 
with 20131031. Only occurs with i386 images and not with amd64.

Steps:
1. Carry out a postgresql installation with i386 trusty server iso and with the 
following preseed,
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-server-dev/ubuntu-test-cases/server-tests-raring/view/head:/preseeds/postgresql-server.preseed
2. It could be noticed that the installation does not complete.
