http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libr/librcc/librcc0_0.2.9-3.1_amd64.deb

ar p librcc0_0.2.9-3.1*.deb data.tar.gz | tar zx
sudo mv usr/lib/librcc.so.0.2.9 /usr/lib/librcc.so.0.2.9
