There has been a lot of work on KRoC, it is just that they have moved to
a Continuous Delivery  approach rather than a fixed release approach. So
to characterize the request as invalid since the last supposed release
was 2006 is unfair. The release is now whatever is HEAD in Subversion
and the Git mirror.

If this is not to be packaged then at least mark it a "won't do" rather
than "Invalid": the request is not invalid, it just doesn't fit your
workflow which is release based.
