Well, the Restricted Driver Manager crashes everytime I try to upgrade the firmware in gutsy right now, so can't do that. According to my earlier testing, installing the firmware for the kernel has no effect anyway, since I already have the firmware installed generically for all kernels. Sent in the crash report for the Driver Manager via apport.
So here are all the requested logs booting with the bad gusty kernel. ** Attachment added: "lspci-vvnn.log" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/8794219/lspci-vvnn.log -- Broadcom bcm43xx Wireless driver regression in gutsy https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/124159 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
