For me, IBM R61i x86, ubuntu 13.10.

* Suspend and wakeup for the first time, everything goes fine;
* Suspend again, and wakeup, network become "unmanaged";
* "sudo service networking restart", system freezes.

No such issue when I was using 13.04 release with nvidia video driver, so may 
be a regression.
