Please find attached the result. The usb driver is sdb and for a test today I tried ti install fedora but it did not solve the problem. On another machine, bios efi with bios legacy enabled I have been able to boot from the usb 3.0. So I'm suspecting a bios limitation of my notebook HP DV6 6030el.
But I'm sure that at the beginning I was able to boot the live from the same usb stick.
