I found this bug by looking at the DuplicateOf field in the Apport
dialog before I hit the 'Report' button. I can't say how reliable is
apport's backtrace matching, but I remember noticing something about
"invalid free()" in that report.

I then tried and managed to reproduce a crash on eject, and now my
/var/crash/_usr_lib_gvfs_gvfsd-mtp.1000.crash contains a report about a
SIGSEGV in LIBMTP_Get_Storage(). This smells like a different bug, and
the topmost stack frames are in libmtp.so.9, except for the very first
one, which is in ??.
