These are my specs, sorry I didn't post these before.
Ales, I don't have an AMD/ATI video card.
I tried testing out kernels like Joseph suggested but my wifi stopped working
instead? and the problem wasn't resolved. So I reinstalled ubuntu 13.10 because
I like using this netbook for quick homework and entertainment on the train.
But my problem is still not fixed.
