I have found out, which module is responsible.

It is

btusb


With

edit:

/etc/default/acpi-support

with

STOP_SERVICES="bluetooth"

and edit:

/usr/lib/pm-utils/defaults

with

SUSPEND_MODULES="btusb"


the workaround works fine.
