I tried to see a site with mpalyer-plugin using gstreamer & firefox-
granparadiso crashed. I got this on the CLI :-

/usr/lib/firefox-granparadiso/firefox-granparadiso-bin: symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/totem/libtotem-mully-plugin.so: undefined symbol:
_ZN8nsMemory5CloneEPKvj
The same on icecape showed up without any issues.
