Version 0.4 is quite old.
If this is reproducible, please try the latest unoconv release:
https://github.com/dagwieers/unoconv/releases
Or the master branch:
https://github.com/dagwieers/unoconv/archive/master.tar.gz
You do not need to install unoconv, you can unzip the archive and run it
from the same location.
