This is so idiotic.

I have, let`s say a .jpg file that i want to open by default with
Irfanview.

I installed IrfanView, i made all the instruction from here
http://atxinventor.com/2012/05/irfanview-default-viewer-for-ubuntu-
linux.html

But now the ADD command is missing from ubuntu 13.10

So if i want to have default irfanview, it is imposible.

Or if a have a exe file that is not registeres in the Other Views, that
it is imposible to add it as default.

Before, when there was the ADD comand for anything that you wanted, it
was kind of pointles because you did not know where to go to pick an
aplication, but know is directly imposbile
