Public bug reported:

after using sbuild-launchpad-chroot, it said it's sorry that I am not root.
When I did become root via sorry, it made caches in ~/.launchpadlib owned by
root making other utilities very sad - e.g. pull-lp-source.

I'm sorry, but it shouldn't have root when using ~/.launchpadlib cache. Use a
different one? or drop priviliges when doing so?
E.g. mk-sbuild script escalates privileges with sudo as/when needed.

** Affects: sbuild-launchpad-chroot (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
